Amazing dining experience! Lloyd found the perfect bottle of wine for us! Mahesh was our knowledgeable server with a great smile. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. World class dining experience. We will be back again soon!!

The hotel was great and the spa was amazing, in particular the facial and massage that I had with Ms Scarlett. Besides being really good at those, she recommended the right products for my skin at the time and made me feel very, very well all around. Scarlett went the extra mile and I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

This restaurant is stunning! I came for a quick afternoon drink and for a romantic dinner and both times were amazing! With picturesque views of the water and a beautiful sunset, what else could you want? We started with a cocktail at the bar, I had the mango lemon drop and he the shaken pina coloda, both delicious. For dinner he had the sirloin strip and I had the tiger shrimp. His tasted like it was straight from the grill and my shrimp was huge! The highlight was both of our amazing servers!Stacey and Rafael knocked it out of the park! Knowledgable, funny and attentive. Even if you’re not staying at the Princess hotel I highly recommend.

An absolute wonderful stay at Hamilton Princess. Staff were excellent, sincere and pleasant and the service top-notch! Pascal, Rolly and George were such a delight each morning ensuring that we were well taken care of for our morning coffee, cappuccino's and breakfast treats. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows and beautiful infinity pool and lounge chairs. Bartenders made exquisite cocktails (thanks Stefan:)) and the food is excellent. Thank you Hamilton Princess for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. You go above and beyond. Loved Bermuda!!

Great hotel, the location is perfect being walking distance to Hamilton and the car side to the private beach club. We booked through Amex platinum and had great service. All the staff in the Fairmont lounge went above and beyond. All the extra perks that Amex gave us were incredible!
